Free for people. A licence for companies.
DrawNet.ai costs nothing for personal use, learning and nonprofits — no account, no limits. When it is used for paid work, the company buys a licence. On the honour system: no account, nothing is locked, and the editor mentions it once at most.

The ten-second rule
Is someone paying for the work the diagram is part of — an employer, a client, your own company's customers? Then it is commercial use and the company needs a licence. Is nobody paying? Then it is free, and it stays free.
Why it works this way
An account would mean your diagrams — with their IP addresses, VLANs and hostnames — start having a reason to touch our servers. They do not, and that is worth more to us than catching the odd company that does not pay. So we do what a good tool vendor did before licence servers existed: we say what costs money, and we send an invoice to those who ask. The licence key is only there for the watermark: a signed line of text your browser checks on its own, with nothing about you or your diagrams on the way.
It also means the free version is the whole product. There is no cut-down tier to grow out of, no feature waiting behind a paywall, and nothing in the editor that will ever remind you of this page.
Questions
What do I get for the money?
The right to use DrawNet.ai for paid work, exports without the small "Made with drawnet.ai" line, an invoice from CYZEA SAS your accounting department will accept, and a product that keeps existing. Nothing else changes: same editor, same features, same "your diagrams never leave your browser".
Can I remove the watermark from one diagram without a licence?
Yes: 4.90 € including VAT, from the Export menu in the editor ("Remove watermark"). It covers that diagram — every page, every format, and every edit you make afterwards — and travels inside its saved project file to any other computer. Card payment, no account. A new diagram is a new purchase, so past a handful a year the licence costs less. Removing it does not replace a licence for paid work.
Is there a licence key? Will the app ask me for one?
There is a key, and it does one thing: it takes the watermark off every diagram in the browsers where you enter it. Pay by card and you are sent back to the editor with it; buy by invoice and it comes in the invoice mail, with a link that enters it for you. For more computers, or your colleagues under an organisation licence, paste the key or pass the link on. It is a line of text checked in your browser — no account, no login, nothing sent about your diagrams. Nothing else asks for it: whether your use needs a licence is still on the honour system.
I use it at work once in a while. Do I need one?
If the diagram ends up in your company's documentation, yes — that is what the licence is for. If you are trying it out, the 30 days of evaluation are yours first.
Per user or per organisation — which one?
One or a few people: 49 € per user. From six people up, or when you would rather not count, the organisation licence at 249 € covers everyone in one legal entity.
How do I pay?
Either way round. Pay by card on this page and the receipt arrives immediately, and your licence key with it — choose the per-user licence and set the number of users, or the organisation one. Or write to contact@drawnet.ai with the company name and address and either the number of users or "organisation", and you get an invoice within two business days, payable by bank transfer. A purchase order is fine.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. French VAT applies to customers in France; EU companies with a VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism; outside the EU, no VAT.
How long has the publisher been around? What if it stops?
CYZEA SAS was registered in Paris on 1 March 2021 and has traded ever since — the date is public, under SIREN 895 162 600. But the honest answer is that it should not weigh on the decision: your diagrams are in your browser and in JSON files on your own disk, never on our servers, and they export to PNG, SVG, PDF, VSDX, CSV and Excel. There is no account to be locked out of. A diagram drawn today stays openable whatever becomes of us.
What happens after a year?
We write to you. If DrawNet.ai still earns its place, you renew; if it does not, you do not, and nothing stops working.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of the invoice, for any reason, by email. After that we would rather you told us what went wrong.
