Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the DrawNet.ai web application (“Service”), published by CYZEA SAS, 6 Rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France (SIREN 895 162 600).
2. Access to the Service
No registration or account is required. Access to the Service is available to any person with an internet connection and a compatible web browser. The Service is free of charge for the uses listed in Article 3; other uses require the licence described there.
3. Free Use and Commercial Licence
The Service may be used free of charge, without limit of time or features, for: personal use; learning and teaching, whether by students, teachers or training organisations; the internal needs of nonprofit organisations; and evaluation by anyone for a period of thirty (30) days.
Any other use is commercial use: in particular, using the Service to create or maintain diagrams as part of paid professional activity — for an employer, for a client, or for a company you operate. Commercial use requires a commercial licence purchased from CYZEA SAS, priced per user per year or per organisation per year as published on the Pricing page, excluding VAT. A licence covers the named users, or every user within one legal entity for the organisation licence, for twelve (12) months from the invoice date.
The licence is declarative. The Service does not verify whether a use requires it, does not require an account, and does not differ between licensed and unlicensed use, except for the export credit line described below. The licensee’s obligation is to hold a valid licence for its commercial use; CYZEA SAS’s obligation is to invoice it. Licences are obtained by card payment from the Pricing page or by writing to contact@drawnet.ai; the invoice may be refunded on request within thirty (30) days of its date.
Export credit line. Diagrams exported from the Service carry a short credit line (“Made with drawnet.ai”). A commercial licence removes it from every diagram, by means of a licence key: a signed string of text, provided on card payment or with the invoice, which removes the credit line in the browsers where it is entered until the end of the licence period, requires no account, and has no other effect. The licensee may enter it for the users its licence covers. It can also be removed from a single diagram by a one-off purchase at the price shown in the editor, VAT included. That purchase covers the exports of that diagram, in every format and including after later edits, and is attached to the diagram’s saved project file; it confers no other right, does not replace a commercial licence where one is required, and a different diagram requires a new purchase. The credit line is removed as soon as the payment is confirmed: by completing the purchase, the buyer requests that immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once it has taken place (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
4. Description of the Service
DrawNet.ai is a web-based network diagram editor that allows users to:
- Create and edit network diagrams via a drag & drop interface
- Generate diagrams from natural language descriptions using AI
- Export diagrams in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, Visio)
- Save and load diagrams locally
5. Data & Storage
All diagram data is stored locally in your browser’s localStorage. CYZEA SAS does not store, collect, or have access to your diagrams on any server.
When using the AI generation feature, text prompts — and the photo, if you attach one — are sent to an AI provider for processing. Which one depends on the request: describing a diagram is handled by OVHcloud AI Endpoints, in France, and asking for a device icon is handled by Anthropic (Claude), in the United States. Each is the other’s fallback when one is unavailable. Neither stores the data or uses it to train its models, and it is not kept after the response is generated. See the Privacy Policy, section 2.3.
Tidy Links runs on CYZEA SAS servers and therefore requires a connection. It receives the geometry of your diagram only — the position and size of each device, how many ports it has, how its port strip is oriented, and which ports each cable joins. Device names, port IP addresses, cable labels, notes and images are neither sent nor accepted by that endpoint. The geometry is used to compute the layout and is not stored.
6. Intellectual Property
The DrawNet.ai application, including its source code, design, and branding, is the property of CYZEA SAS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your diagrams belong to you. CYZEA SAS claims no ownership or license over the content you create using the Service.
7. Feedback and Suggestions
The Service includes a form for reporting bugs and suggesting improvements (“Feedback”). Sending Feedback is entirely optional and is not required to use the Service.
Feedback is submitted on a non-confidential basis. By sending Feedback, you grant CYZEA SAS a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify and exploit it for any purpose, including the development and the commercial exploitation of the Service, without any compensation. This applies to free and to licensed use alike.
You confirm that the Feedback you send is yours to send and does not infringe the rights of any third party. Please do not send source code, documents, or any material you are not free to share or that is covered by a confidentiality obligation.
The name field is optional. If you fill it in, you agree that the name may be displayed publicly on the What’s New page beside the change your Feedback led to. You may ask for it to be removed at any time by writing to contact@drawnet.ai. Leaving it empty keeps your Feedback anonymous; nothing else in the form identifies you.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
CYZEA SAS shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of data stored in localStorage (browser clearing, device change, etc.)
- Interruptions or unavailability of the Service
- Accuracy or relevance of AI-generated content
- Accuracy of the figures the Service calculates, and any decision taken on them
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Calculated figures. Cable lengths and the quantities to order, power loads and currents, rack and room occupancy, and any other figure the Service calculates are estimates, derived from what the User has drawn and from default or entered assumptions (cable routes, heights, slack, consumption). They are not measurements and are provided for information only. The User remains solely responsible for checking them on site, and against the manufacturers’ specifications and the applicable standards and regulations, before ordering, cutting, sizing or installing anything.
9. Modifications
CYZEA SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
11. Contact
For any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us at contact@drawnet.ai.
